The Board of Directors of the Assembly of the Central University of Nicaragua, in an extraordinary session, held on July 24 of this year, appointed Dr. Oscar Manuel Gómez Jiménez, as Rector Magnificent of this house of Higher Studies.
Dr. Gómez Jiménez, has stood out for his extensive professional and academic career.
He completed a postgraduate degree in Functional Administration with an emphasis on finance and marketing and a postgraduate degree in Public Administration 1986-1989 at INCAE.
Doctorate in Chemistry, Graduated with Magna Cum Laude. 1984-1986 and Master in Chemistry, Graduated with honors. 1976–1981, Freiberg, Germany.

Dr. Ranjan Venkatesan

Dr. Ranjan Venkatesan is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, London. He has over 25 years of undergraduate teaching experience and over 15 years of post-graduate teaching experience. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing training courses and workshops in healthcare management and health insurance subjects in various medical institutions across India.
Dr. Kavitha

Dr.P.Kavitha, MBA, MPhil.,PGDEXIM Ph.D., currently associated as Academic Head at Texila American University. She has more than 19 years of Teaching and Research experience and published various articles in reputed National and International journals. She has published a book titled “A perspective of Human Resource Management”. Her main research interests are in the area of human resource development, employees’ work behaviors, stress management, and areas related to individual and organizational performance. She received a certificate of Honour’s in contributing to the best academic and administrative service to the student’s community. She is a Life Member in ISTE (Indian Society for Technical Education) from 2005. She is a good team player in a polite and friendly manner, will always support the team by performing many essential duties with good problem-solving skills.
